Where’s my order?

You will receive automatic order confirmation and package tracking emails from info@tortoisegear.com to your supplied email address with every order.  If you did not get an order confirmation email immediately after you placed your order please check your spam folder as automatically generated emails will frequently go there.  Mark this email as “not spam” or your package tracking email will go there as well once it ships out.

If you are still unable to find your confirmation and tracking emails make sure the email you provided is correct.  If you make an account when you order you can also log back in and see the order and tracking information in “My Account”.
