Shipping Method

We ship all packages via United States Postal Service (USPS).  We do this to keep shipping times fast, and our shipping rates as cheap as possible for our customers.  Using this method we can also ship to international/APO/FPO addresses.

Can I calculate shipping without having to create an account?

Yes, we want to encourage you to complete the shipping calculator in the cart to get an accurate shipping cost.  No account or login is required.

Can I ship my order to a different address or person?

Yes, orders can be shipped to a different address than the billing address.  At checkout, you’ll have the option to enter a different shipping address than billing address.

Can I ship to international/APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we can.  We ship via USPS so shipping to APO or FPO addresses is no problem.

How will I know when my order ships?

When we ship your order you will receive an automatic message with your tracking number.  If you don’t get a tracking number sent to you within 3 business days please CHECK YOUR JUNK MAIL FOLDER, as the email was most likely sent there by your email filter.

How can I check my tracking number?

We send out an email with your order tracking number for all orders.  Go to USPS.com and enter your tracking number into their search bar.

Where is my package?

If your package says that it was delivered please check with your local post office.  Sometimes family may pick up your package without telling you, be sure it has not already made its way home.

If it is an international package and you picked standard shipping there can be significant transit delays depending on your countries customs procedures and other factors.  Please allow 4-6 weeks for standard shipping packages to arrive before contacting us with a problem.
